Structural Drafter or Architect 60 - 100 %

For a family business in Steinhausen, we are looking for a female structural drafter or a male structural drafter or a female architect or a male architect. Since 1995, the company has been planning and realizing residential buildings in the ecological timber system construction -- single-family houses, multi-family houses, vertical extensions, extensions and conversions -- as a planner and as a general contractor up to turnkey handover. Planning, element construction and construction management are located at the same site. The architecture should be clear, practical and cost-efficient in detail.

You create project, building permit, construction and detail plans for timber and hybrid buildings. You convert designs into executable plans, coordinate with internal construction and project management as well as with structural engineering, building services and production and accompany the projects from planning to execution. Depending on the profile and workload, you also take over building permit applications, coordination of specialist planner bases and the constructive processing of standard and special details in timber system construction.

We are looking for a person with completed training as a Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur (Hochbauzeichner/in) or with an architecture degree or comparable qualification. CAD experience is central, ideally ArchiCAD or a comparable planning tool. Enjoyment of constructive timber construction, an independent and team-oriented way of working as well as good German language skills in speaking and writing are expected. Experience in construction planning, building permit applications or element construction is an advantage. Workload 60 - 100 %, place of work Steinhausen, good public transport connections.

Offered is a familiar environment with around 30 employees, modern infrastructure, the proximity of planning and workshop as well as participation in concrete residential building projects from the plan to the move-in-ready house.
