Determination and analysis of important key figures for investment planning as well as for the economic efficiency and sustainability of the real estate. Support of users in the development of new space strategies, operating concepts, and room programs. Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments and specialist areas. Development and drafting of decision-making bases for the attention of the municipal council and the sovereign.
