Its mission is to provide quality services and support, focused on the well-being and autonomy of residents. To complete its team, the EMS Foyer Ma Vallée is offering the following position: CLINICAL NURSE (M/F) 60% Your missions: • Contribute actively to the quality and safety of care provided to residents • Ensure a clinical reference role with the care teams • Participate in the evaluation, coordination, and monitoring of complex situations • Accompany and support the care teams in their professional practice • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of care and processes • Participate in the implementation of institutional projects and internal training • Collaborate with doctors, families, and partners in the care network Your profile: • Bachelor of Science in nursing or equivalent title • Holder of a CAS in care quality and counseling or willing to follow this training (or equivalent title) • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of geriatrics and psychogeriatrics • Excellent relational skills and team spirit • Analytical skills, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative • Ease in accompanying and supporting teams • Written and oral mastery of the French language and basic computer tools • Knowledge of the BESA or InterRAI tool, an asset Entry into function: to be agreed Type of contract: fixed We offer: • Interdisciplinary work, within a motivated and dynamic team. • Work in a small establishment (40 beds) with a family spirit. • Opportunities for training and development. • Salary and social benefits according to the Valais SLD collective labor agreement. • Free parking spaces nearby.
