We are looking for one of our clients, in the construction sector, active in the Nord Vaudois, an architect or building draftsman at 80-100%.

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Prepare technical drawings at all phases of the project: sketches, preliminary design, final design, execution plans and details
• Compile and submit building permit application files
• Perform surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software
• Carry out measurements and ensure the monitoring of small construction sites
• Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Holder of a CFC in building drafting with experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of AEAI requirements regarding fire protection (AQ2 level), an asset
• Proficiency in usual IT tools of the sector including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, archicad and Photoshop
• Solid knowledge in building technology
• Interest and good knowledge regarding subsidies for transformations
• Organized, rigorous, pragmatic and endowed with good interpersonal skills
