Within walking distance of the Bundeshaus, Politikwerkstatt supports civil society organizations with political analyses, strategies, and campaigns. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Project Manager Agriculture and Biodiversity Policy 80-100% Your task Agriculture, biodiversity, and water policy face great challenges - and new opportunities. Will long-blocked debates change thanks to heat and drought, PFAS/TFA, the decline of pollinators, and new findings from research and innovation? As a Project Manager, you analyze technical and political developments and work with our partners to develop strategies to effectively bring their concerns into the political debate. In doing so, you move confidently at the interfaces between science, administration, politics, and practice. What you do with us • You develop, plan, and manage political strategies, lobbying activities, and campaigns - from the idea to implementation and evaluation • You prepare complex contexts for political interventions and media work in an understandable way and introduce them at the appropriate place • You maintain and expand relationships with relevant actors and bring together different interests and perspectives • You are responsible for your own projects and work closely with our team and our partners What you bring • You have a university degree in biology, agricultural sciences, or a related field.
