For our client, a traditional family business in the 4th generation located in Dietikon, we are looking for a Metal Construction Fitter (m/f/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement to strengthen the aluminum department in the production of aluminum and fire protection doors. Your tasks • You work in the production of high-quality aluminum doors and fire protection doors • You manufacture construction elements in the field of facade and metal construction according to technical specifications • You implement quality requirements precisely and reliably • You work independently or in a team depending on the order • You support a structured and efficient production process Your profile • You have training as a Metallbauer EFZ or a comparable manual training • You bring several years of experience in metal construction • Ideally, you have experience in the production of aluminum and fire protection doors • You work cleanly, exactly, and responsibly • You are resilient, flexible, and team-oriented Your future • Working in an established family business with clear structures • No assembly line work – varied and demanding production • Modern digital work processes (e.g., MES) • Individual work scheduling with high personal responsibility • Very good social benefits and contemporary employment conditions • Very good accessibility (Zürich & Baden at a short distance) • Finish work on Friday already at 14:00 • Family environment with flat hierarchies and active participation • Regular employee events Interested?
