Your tasks with us:
You are the first contact person for patients and referrers in the practice and on the telephone
You take over the appointment scheduling and planning with patients
You assist patients before, during, and after the medical consultation
You help organize everyday practice life and process data in our practice system EyeSoft
You independently perform initial eye measurements and thus optimally prepare the medical examination
You work according to defined processes and help to constantly improve them
What you bring with you:
You have completed basic training (preferably as a medical practice assistant, ophthalmic optician, or in other medical professions, however career changers are also welcome) and a great interest in ophthalmology
You speak and write German very well, other language skills are an advantage
You are motivated, have high quality standards, and enjoy working with and for people
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are a true organizational talent
You are open to digital development and have good PC user skills
