In The Westhive Kitchen, we pamper our community as well as external guests in the morning with breakfast snacks, at lunch with varied daily menus, fine pasta, sandwiches and salads – as well as fantastic barista coffee all day long. Right next door, in our restaurant Bills Burger, we serve the finest burgers and tasty hot sandwiches at lunchtime. For our team at the Hardturmstrasse location in Zürich West, we are looking for an organizational talent with host DNA who ensures the best vibes at the counter, accompanies events and makes our location a favorite place as: Host & Allrounder for Service, Bar & Events YOUR TASKS • Active Hosting: You warmly welcome our coworking community as well as external guests and are the first point of contact for questions and tips at the Welcome Desk. • Counter & Service: You look after our guests directly at the counter (without table service), take care of food distribution as well as drink preparation and handle the cash system independently. • Events & Dynamics: You actively support the planning, setup and implementation of member events, networking apéros and evening events. • Quality & Vibes: You ensure a tidy, inviting atmosphere of well-being in the guest and bar area and adhere to hygiene standards. WHAT YOU BRING • Host DNA: Sound practical experience or training in gastronomy / hospitality is your basis for meeting our guests with enthusiasm. • Personality: You are open, warm, actively approach others and radiate positive energy even in stressful moments. • Team Spirit: Collaboration on equal terms is a matter of course for you. You pitch in and are happy to go the famous extra mile for the team. • Way of Working: You work independently, reliably and with a high sense of quality and order. • Languages: Very good German and English skills (our community is international!).
