On behalf of a structure specializing in private home care, recognized for the quality of its services, its proximity to its beneficiaries and its human approach to home support, we are looking for a:

Health Care Assistant in private home care (100%)

Your mission

Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the home maintenance of beneficiaries by providing them with professional, benevolent and personalized support.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure basic care and support in activities of daily living
• Participate in maintaining the autonomy and well-being of beneficiaries
• Perform necessary observations and transmit information to the nursing team
• Accompany beneficiaries in their movements and daily activities
• Ensure the comfort, safety and quality of life of the people being cared for
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other stakeholders in the care network
• Ensure the traceability of services performed

Your profile

• CRS Health Care Assistant certificate or a title deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in home care indispensable
• Good knowledge of the Riviera-Chablais region
• Residence located in Switzerland, ideally in the Riviera-Chablais region
• Driver's license indispensable and personal vehicle
• Available for 100% activity
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and excellent management of priorities
• Very good human and interpersonal qualities
• Ability to work alone while maintaining close collaboration with the team
• Mastery of spoken and written French
