In the function of Plant Manager / Deputy Team Leader Packaging, you will coordinate the processes in the Packaging department together with your team of around 30 employees. Plant Manager / Deputy Team Leader Packaging Your future main tasks: Operating, controlling and setting up production plants for the production of our crunchy products Troubleshooting minor malfunctions to keep downtime to a minimum Coordinating, enabling and promoting employees to master the challenges of everyday production together Optimizing and simplifying packaging processes to use existing resources in a targeted manner Your ideal prerequisites: Completed basic training EFZ in the food or technical sector and experience in a production company Technical understanding and enthusiasm for production plants Enjoy developing and supporting employees in everyday work, initial leadership experience an advantage Willingness to work shifts (2-shift model, Monday to Friday and individual Saturdays) With us, you can get involved, develop further, shape and create moments of pleasure!
