For the Staatsanwaltschaft Region Emmental-Oberaargau in Burgdorf, we are looking for a Legal Secretary or a Legal Secretary as of 9. November 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks <br /> • You support the management of proceedings in conducting criminal investigations and in the representation of the indictment before the courts • In particular, you make inquiries, draft motions and orders within the framework of the preliminary proceedings, indictments and party submissions, assist in personal representation of the indictment and draft internal appeal reports • Furthermore, you support the prosecutor for summary penalty orders in the preparation of decisions. Who we are The Staatsanwaltschaft is responsible for the enforcement of the state's right to prosecute.
