Your task with us

• You are an important contact person for our customers and accompany their projects from the inquiry to the implementation.
• Advise & inspire

You listen, understand what our customers need, and find the right solution together with them. In doing so, you contribute your own ideas and point out possibilities that the customer might not have even thought of yet.

• Calculate & offer

A مهم part of your work is the calculation. You calculate printed products, create offers, and find solutions that convince technically, qualitatively, and economically.

• Accompany projects

From the first contact via the offer and production to the finished product, you maintain an overview. You coordinate internally, clarify open questions, and ensure that our customers feel well taken care of by you.

• Communicate

Telephone, e-mail, or in person: You enjoy contact with people. Our customers should get to know you as a sympathetic, competent, and uncomplicated contact person and look forward to working with you.

• Think print further

Anyone can do standard. We love special papers, embellishments, and new possibilities. You are interested in what is technically feasible and enjoy developing new products and ideas together with us.

This suits you

• You have basic training or experience in the graphics industry and know the basics of print production.
• You bring experience in the calculation of printed products or have already worked in the internal sales department of a printing company.
• You enjoy numbers and calculation - but you also enjoy sitting together with a customer and developing an idea further.
• You can deal well with people, communicate confidently, and present yourself in a sympathetic and self-assured manner.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your projects.
• And very importantly:
• You don't just have to know printed matter. You should find it really awesome.

If you look more closely at a special paper, a strong embossing, an extraordinary embellishment, or a really well-made print product, we could fit together quite well.

The position is intended as a 100% workload - because you accompany your customers and projects from A to Z and take on a central role in our daily business.
