Job Description Under the responsibility of the Manager Stocks, you ensure the coordination and smooth running of stock management operations, while guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, safety and costs. You support the teams on a daily basis and actively contribute to the improvement of performance and the reliability of processes. In this context, your activities are to: * Organize and coordinate the daily activity of the team by distributing the various operations: reception, putting into stock, picking, reconditioning, control, inventories, etc. * Ensure the continuity and compliance of operations, by ensuring respect for procedures and the reliability of incoming and outgoing flows * Drive the performance of the activity through the monitoring of KPIs, the analysis of variances and the implementation of improvement and operational excellence actions * Supervise and support the team, by promoting skill development, the transmission of clear instructions and compliance with safety rules * Ensure the link between the team and the Responsable Stocks, perform regular reporting and contribute actively to the reorganization and continuous improvement of the service Qualifications * You benefit from experience in team management and/or in stock management, logistics or in a similar operational environment * You are recognized for your organization and your ability to manage priorities * You demonstrate leadership and good interpersonal skills * You are rigorous, solution-oriented and enjoy teamwork * You speak French fluently and English is a plus Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility depending on the function to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP Information You wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
