Real Estate Accountant
We are looking on behalf of one of our clients, a renowned real estate agency in Lausanne, for a specialist PPE Accountant for a fixed / permanent position to be filled as soon as possible.
Real Estate Accountant
As part of an increase in activity and a restructuring of the team, your missions will be to :

• Accounting management and closing of PPE building statements
• Bookkeeping and reconciliation of different accounts
• Perform the allocation of charges in the different services and companies
• Prepare VAT statements
• Prepare annual account closing documents for audits and auditors
• Entry and payment of supplier invoices
• Various administrative tasks related to the function
• Diploma in accounting or equivalent training.
• Confirmed 3-4 years of experience in general accounting, a plus if it is in real estate
• Rapid availability ideally - position in Lausanne in person and at 100%
