November 2026 or by arrangement. Facility Management is responsible for the maintenance and ensuring of all technical systems as well as the cleaning and laundry supply of Stiftung Bächtelen. In Facility Management, up to twelve young people are trained (PrA-, EBA- or EFZ-level) or accompanied in daily work within another vocational measure. The team consists of the department head and four employees. Your tasks Vocational measures: Training apprentices and providing technical instruction within the framework of basic vocational training, guiding employees in a vocational measure, conducting trial apprenticeships, documenting the training progress and cooperation using Konvink and Socialweb Specialized maintenance work: Checking, maintaining, and servicing technical systems, devices, and machines as well as planning and executing internal and external orders Specialized property maintenance work: Small repairs as well as issuing and coordinating orders to external specialists Responsibility for the fire alarm system including training for staff, co-responsibility for fire protection as well as monitoring the corresponding measures, conducting security rounds Deputizing for the department management: Taking over deputy tasks in the area of property maintenance and within the team Your profile You have a manual or technical basic vocational training (e.g., facility maintenance, sanitary, electrical) as well as several years of experience in building maintenance, house services, or Facility Management. A category G driver's license is a prerequisite for employment. You have experience in training apprentices, know the industry-specific requirements for training, and have already completed the course for vocational trainers or are willing to complete it.
