A Nurse (F/M/D) in CDMax until - between 80% - EMS Contesse The Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. We are looking for our establishment, EMS Contesse in Croy, which welcomes 36 People and is specialized in geriatrics: Nurse (F/M/D) in CDMax until - between 80% - EMS Contesse Regardless of their function, the professionals of the Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of supporting People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, offer an adapted response to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, enable the well-being and happiness of the People. As a nurse, you ensure preventive, therapeutic, rehabilitative and palliative nursing care under the supervision of the support manager. You have a continuous reflective practice that allows you to evaluate and analyze, among others, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of the People. You manage all medical emergencies and will activate emergency procedures as needed. Furthermore, you participate in examinations and observations with a view to medical diagnosis. Through your values centered on the Person, you establish a relationship of trust with the People and their entourage, by creating a safe environment adapted to their needs.
