Health Assistant (M/F) Permanent Contract, rate to be agreed
Vivràdom is a home care and support organization recognized by the Direction générale de la santé (DGS). It offers its services throughout the Canton de Vaud.
Our mission is to help dependent people or those with health issues to remain in their living environment for as long as possible. We provide services in order to promote, maintain and/or restore health, maximize the level of autonomy and favor the social integration of our clients while supporting family caregivers.
In order to complete our teams, Vivràdom is looking for a :
Health Assistant (M/F) Permanent Contract, rate to be agreed
Missions
Accompany patients in acts of daily life at home and/or outside
Encourage patient engagement in care, according to their level of autonomy
Implement hygiene and safety measures, both regarding interventions and the use of medical devices
Collect and transmit the information necessary for the performance of nursing care with a view to developing the care plan
Transcribe observations, actions and evaluations carried out with the patient into the software
Profile
CRS 120h health assistant certificate or Swiss diploma deemed equivalent or foreign certification with CRS equivalence.
You have, if possible, already experience in this field. Besides an obvious interest in advanced age and maintaining home life, you are autonomous while working in a multidisciplinary manner.
Flexibility is one of your assets (days, evenings and weekends / schedules).
Driving license indispensable.
