For the Production Service, we are looking for an electricity foreman/forewoman at the thermal plants.

Main mission(s) ###

Ensure the maintenance and operation of the district heating production plants

Guarantee the availability of all our production and distribution installations

Replace the head of the Electricity Section during their absences (management of 3 people)

Organize, supervise and control the team's work

Keep the electrical documentation of the installations up to date

Ensure compliance with the safety standards in force for our installations and ensure compliance with occupational safety and health rules

Profile ###

CFC as an electrical installer or a title deemed equivalent

Boiler room personnel course and authorization to install according to art. 13 OIBT, required or willing to do so

Federal diploma of thermist, an asset

Minimum 3 years of professional experience on an industrial site with troubleshooting practice

Professional experience in the field of thermal production, desired

Proven professional experience in personnel management

Ability to perform work with responsibility and autonomy

Team spirit, interpersonal skills

Mastery of MS Office tools and knowledge of Autocad, GMAO

Special conditions ###

Driver's license (cat. B)

On-call service (approximately 6 and 8 weeks per year)

Reside less than 30 minutes from the workplace (Pierre-de-Plan, Lausanne)
