On behalf of one of our clients based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a Technical Office Manager (M/F):

Your future responsibilities:

• You will take charge of the study, design, and dimensioning of photovoltaic projects, battery storage, and electrical systems.
• You will analyze client needs and define the appropriate technical solutions.
• You will carry out the studies, calculations, plans, diagrams, and technical documents necessary for the projects.
• You will ensure the technical monitoring of projects and participate in site visits, commissioning, and field interventions.
• You will organize and coordinate the technical office activity and distribute projects within the team.
• You will monitor project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality requirements.
• You will anticipate risks and difficulties and validate the technical choices proposed by the team.
• You will supervise and support engineers and ensure a role as a technical expert.
• You will promote knowledge sharing and collaboration with the various departments of the company.
• You will develop and implement methods, standards, and tools to structure and improve the functioning of the technical office.

Your profile:

• You are a senior engineer and possess solid technical expertise.
• You hold a higher education degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a relevant technical field for the position.
• You have proven experience in the design and dimensioning of electrical and energy systems.
• You wish to maintain a strong operational involvement in projects while ensuring the leadership of a small team.
• You possess strong management skills and are comfortable in supporting and developing engineers.
• You are capable of bringing your expertise to the resolution of complex technical issues.
• You know how to organize, structure, and coordinate the activity of a technical office.
• You are comfortable in exchanges with clients, partners, and various internal departments.
• You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
• You master German at a minimum B2 level
