Job Description As Teamleader Production (m/f/div.), you combine personnel leadership with technical expertise. You are a "player-coach" who not only leads your team but also actively supports them in daily production and acts as a technical role model. You are the link between Groupleader and production. Your tasks essentially include: Technical and personnel leadership of a production team You support the changeover of machines, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure that the systems run with maximum availability You bear responsibility for costs, delivery reliability, and above all, the quality of the produced parts The active design and optimization of workflows according to the Bosch Production System Standards are within your responsibilities, while complying with legal and operational regulations Active participation in the continuous improvement process Qualifications Education: Technical basic training such as polymechanic / automation technician (m/f/div.)
