What you achieve ##

• Leadership and further development of a sales team with eight employees
• Development and implementation of a market development strategy in the Horgen/Knonaueramt sales region in the areas of insurance, pension, and investments
• Support and further development of an existing customer base within your own sales responsibility as well as active acquisition and comprehensive consulting of private and corporate customers
• Building and maintaining a network in economic and social circles
• Increasing team performance through targeted coaching, training, and individual support
• Sound controlling of sales activities as well as derivation and implementation of concrete measures
• Close, cross-departmental cooperation to improve processes and utilize synergies
• Co-design and implementation of regional marketing measures to strengthen market presence

What you bring ##

• Several years of sales experience as a customer advisor at an all-branch insurer with a demonstrable track record of performance
• Higher professional education (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education, Sales Manager, Financial, or Marketing Planner)
• Leadership experience in sales or proven experience in the functional leadership of a team is an advantage
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as high initiative and an independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear customer orientation
