Head of Day Structure as a Member of the Management 90-100% Your Mission • You keep the threads of the day structure together without getting tangled up in them yourself. • With trust, clarity and an open ear, you accompany and support the team leaders in activation and work pedagogy. • As a member of the management, you actively bring your ideas, knowledge and perspective into the strategic further development. • You accompany the teams' activation and work pedagogy professionally and strengthen them in their daily work. • So that professionalism and appreciation remain more than just buzzwords, you give the right impulses and set a good example. • You take responsibility for the education sector Activation HF and Work Pedagogy BP and create learning spaces for development. • Internal further training, specialist events and the professional development of employees you promote with pleasure. • You contribute to innovation and development projects and get fresh ideas rolling. • You anchor the values and attitude of the Sonnmatt residential and care home in everyday life and at the same time ensure high quality in the work pedagogical and activation therapeutic offers. Your Profile • You bring a solid professional foundation from the social or activation therapeutic field at the tertiary level. • SVEB certificate available or willingness to acquire it? Yes!  • Leadership is more than a gut feeling for you: you have acquired the necessary know-how with further training in leadership, organizational development or a comparable qualification. • You are at home in the social sector, psychiatry or geriatric psychiatry. Leadership experience? All the better. • Developing people, recognizing potential and mastering difficult conversations in a sovereign manner? Exactly your thing.
