Team Leader Property Claims

Your tasks • You lead your team professionally and personally and promote the further development of your employees. • You take responsibility for claims processing in the areas of household, private liability, and building and manage complex claim cases. • You advise and support employees as well as branch offices in demanding claim cases and process customer requests, complaints, and escalations. • You carry out on-site claim inspections and make well-founded decisions. • You continuously further develop instructions, guidelines, and standards for high-quality claims processing. • You plan and lead professional training and further education and contribute your know-how to projects as well as to the management of demanding endeavors. Your profile • You have several years of experience in claims processing of household, private liability, and building damage as well as sound knowledge of liability law. • You bring experience in field claims service and in conducting claim inspections. • You have completed further training in the insurance sector (e.g., insurance specialist with federal diploma, insurance economist HF, or comparable). • You have already been able to participate in projects and ideally have experience in managing projects as well as in leading employees. • You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner, and convince with an independent and structured way of working. • You have a confident manner, work in a customer-oriented way, and enjoy passing on your expertise and promoting employees.
