ITI SAED ECM Engineer The Transversal Infrastructure Solutions Service (SIT), within the Infrastructure Services Directorate (DSI), is looking for a senior IT engineer to strengthen the team of the Electronic Archiving and Dematerialization System Sector (SAED). Electronic document management is at the heart of our activity and more specifically the intermediate archiving of electronic documents. This position will consist of administering and evolving applications, staying in phase with existing governance and processes to meet client needs and to improve the functioning of the administration regarding digital matters. Your profile ------------ Prerequisites * HES Bachelor in computer science ideally supplemented by continuous training at DAS level useful for the function * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function * In case of engagement, it is necessary to provide an extract from the debt collection register and criminal record, as well as proof of equivalence for foreign diplomas. Job constraints * On-call shifts may be requested by management. Field of experience * Administer the electronic documentary archiving system in place (+5 years); * Knowledge of electronic document management (metadata, standards, life cycle) (+3 years); * Mastery of traceability in the documentary field (+3 years); * Application of industrialization and automation principles (+3 years); * Performing documentation and knowledge transfer (+3 years); * Mastery of training business collaborators (+3 years); * Guaranteeing the quality of OCSIN infrastructures through the configuration of objects (+1 year); * Resolving complex problems and incidents (+3 years); * Mastery of ITIL practices, the Hermès method and knowledge of the LIPAD & LArch laws (+1 year). Business skills * Experience with the SAED Datacontent solution deployed on several Datacenters for more than 10'000 users (+3 years); * Significant experience with Casandra, Spark, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, AWX would be a plus; * Linux server skills (+3 years); * Tomcat application server skills (+3 years); * Skills in the Java field (debugging, JVM configuration, ...) (+3 years); * Skills in deployments with Ansible would be a plus; * Significant experience in managing permissions and authentication/identity federation mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID connect) would be a plus. Personal and relational skills * Ability to work in a team in smart-office mode and to share knowledge; * Autonomous, responsible, dynamic and organized; * Good communication and client orientation; * Mastery of French, ease of writing and expression; * Ability to take initiative and availability; * Ability to defend technical choices; * Good resistance to stress and flexible regarding schedules; * Being open to changes and knowing how to adapt to the requirements of OCSIN and the State * Respect for rules, standards, methods and the organization.
