BIM Manager and Project Manager

This is the contribution you can make

• Apply the BIM method in the versatile project portfolio (infrastructure and building construction, BSA) of the division
• Advise and support the client project manager in BIM topics
• Independently lead infrastructure and building construction projects with an increased degree of digitalization, across all project phases, on the entire national road network in the Canton of Wallis (F/D-speaking)
• Support the branch employees as a BIM competence carrier and ensure knowledge transfer between projects, branch, and ASTRA headquarters
• Together with the BIM team of the ASTRA headquarters as well as the BIM managers of the other branches, further develop and secure the standardization and use of BIM at ASTRA

This makes you unique

• Civil engineer ETH/ FH or equivalent, or in a related field of expertise. Additional qualifications in the field of digitalization of the construction industry are an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the application and implementation of BIM processes and tools
• Specialist and software knowledge in the field of digitalization and BIM
• Experience in project management in the construction industry, preferably as a generalist and/or on the client side
• Analytical, conceptual and networked thinking; ability to independently develop new topics, enjoyment of working in different teams
• Good active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
