Your task ##

• Ensuring reliable and economical operation of the buildings as well as the associated technical infrastructure in compliance with applicable regulations
• Independent implementation and coordination of maintenance work as well as documentation of the measures carried out
• Analysis and rectification of faults in building technology systems and facilities
• Operation, monitoring and configuration of systems in the area of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Coordination and technical alignment with external planners, service providers and internal contact persons
• Creation and monitoring of investment and maintenance budgets
• Accompanying construction and infrastructure projects from planning to implementation, taking into account costs, deadlines and quality

Your profile ##

• Completed basic training in the field of building technology, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical or a comparable technical specialty
• Further training at HF or FH level in the field of Facility Management or similar is a big plus
• Professional experience in technical Facility Management, in building management or a related environment
• Good business understanding as well as experience in dealing with budgets and investments
• Strong organizational and coordination talent combined with an independent and structured way of working
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written language
• Willingness to take on on-call duties
