As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with further training as a Dipl. Expertin / Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF, you want to take on leadership responsibility and at the same time stay close to clinical practice. For a clinic in Zürich, we are looking for an engaged female Team Leader or an engaged male Team Leader Intensive Care IPS with a workload of 80 to 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible role, you will lead an interprofessional team, promote the professional development of your employees, and actively contribute to high-quality care for patients requiring intensive care. What awaits you in this challenging task • Professional and organizational leadership of a team of around 20 employees in the intensive care unit • Active participation in nursing as well as supporting the team during shift operations • Coordination of intensive care and monitoring beds in close cooperation with intensive care physicians • Ensuring and further developing quality standards in intensive care • Conducting employee appraisals, qualifications, as well as targeted promotion of employees • Organization and management of team meetings as well as participation in projects and further developments • Interdisciplinary cooperation with various specialist departments in the hospital What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or FH as well as further training as Dipl.
