who will actively support our team.

We are looking for the new renowned restaurant x1291 ächt.guet. a Sous Chef with excellent professional skills and experience as a Sous Chef in high-end Swiss gastronomy. If you are a committed person who loves to relieve the host / head chef in all areas and who loves to enthuse customers, we look forward to your application.

Job requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook CFC
• A few years of professional experience in high-end gastronomy
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef
• Affinity for fresh and high-quality raw materials

Field of activity

• Responsible for a smooth and clean workflow in the kitchen
• Preparation of dishes taking into account HACCP/GHP standards
• Control of outgoing dishes
• Assistance in designing offers
• Direction of the kitchen pass
• Inventories in collaboration with cost control
• Guaranteeing compliance with internal regulations and directives

Personal requirements

• Passion for the profession including customer-oriented thinking
• Neat appearance
• Reliable and responsible
• Fluent command of German (Swiss)
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
