🔹 You manage the recruiting process – from candidate acquisition to interviews and placement.
🔹 You review application dossiers with a trained eye for detail.
🔹 You create convincing candidate profiles, tailored to our clients' vacancies.
🔹 You work independently, in a structured manner, and think ahead.

You acquire clients, conduct contract negotiations with our support, and build long-term partnerships? That would be TOP! 💯➕

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚
🔹 Experience in recruitment – you know what matters. Ideally, you already have experience in personnel consulting.
🔹 Self-motivation instead of a push – you see what needs to be done and tackle it.
🔹 German as a native language - any additional language is desirable.
🔹 Organizational talent, personal responsibility, and an eye for detail.
🔹 Joy in people, humor, and real team spirit.
