Job description ###### Basic requirements: - Completed training: Healthcare Specialist EFZ or foreign equivalent - German language in spoken and written form and good understanding of the Swiss dialect - Experience in the care of elderly people - PC user knowledge Tasks: - Direct, holistic care of residents, maintenance and promotion of their mental and physical resources and involvement of co-caring professional groups and relatives in the care process - Occasional professional support in other departments of the house - Assumption of all tasks of the medically prescribed drug therapy according to the medication concept and the competencies described therein - Co-responsibility for the management of the care process through the direct care of the residents and for the recording in the care needs recording system (Rai) - Participation in intra- and interdisciplinary reports and communication of their contents to the team, to the direct supervisor and occasionally to the management and care - Application and use of electronic and house-standard work instruments to ensure information flow, departmental and operational organization (e.g., Outlook, Rai-) - Meaningful, careful and economical use of devices and materials for nursing and administrative use - Compliance with and implementation of operational and legal specifications - Appreciative, constructive and communicative interaction with the members of one's own area, interdisciplinary professional groups and relatives Break: 30 minutes break is paid Industry ###### Healthcare Job location ###### Kanton Reinach 4153 Full address will be shown once hired for the job.
