You lead your team in clinical everyday life, make decisions and keep an overview even in demanding situations. As a team leader for nursing IMC, you work in a university acute care hospital in Bern with a workload of 80 to 100 % and take on the technical and personnel responsibility for an interdisciplinary team. You actively shape processes and ensure high-quality nursing in everyday life. This position is available immediately or by agreement on behalf of our client.
