The SDBB is the service center for vocational education and training and vocational, study and career guidance in Switzerland. It operates the portals and, develops examinations for the apprenticeship completion, enables data exchange in vocational training, creates media for the cantonal vocational information centers and much more. The SDBB is a specialist agency of the cantons (EDK) and is supported by the Confederation (SBFI).
Your tasks:
In the online portal, you process the subsidy applications according to defined criteria and check the submitted documents.
You accompany the process until the decision and offer telephone and electronic support.
You verify the claim and prepare the decree.
You are responsible for the reporting list of courses. In doing so, you process the database, control and approve the courses in the reporting list.
In addition, you take on various administrative tasks and maintain regular telephone and electronic exchange with customers.
Your profile:
Completed commercial training
Interest in the vocational training sector and ready to learn new things
Independent and customer-oriented way of working
Quality is important to you and you love to work exactly, precisely and reliably
Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing. Good French and Italian skills are an additional plus.
