You provide your support for technical questions to our partners such as: debt collection offices, courts, the guarantee fund, social insurance institutions, other pension funds, etc. You actively participate in the development of our IT management platform and make a valuable contribution to the continuous improvement of recovery processes. What you bring You are an experienced leader with clear and positive communication and a taste for change management. You have several years of experience in a service-oriented environment, mainly litigation. You have completed basic commercial training and continuous specialist training in the field of recovery. You are perfectly proficient in French and have very good knowledge of Italian. Knowledge of German would be an asset. You are a communicative, autonomous, proactive, flexible and customer-oriented personality.
