Senior Real Estate Manager: Commercial Properties Your tasks You manage a varied portfolio in the areas of retail, office, and residential You work proactively in close cooperation with the owner Swiss Life You conduct contract negotiations with tenants and ensure real estate maintenance. You carry out periodic real estate inspections and assess their condition You monitor current rent policy and advise the owner on determining rent structuring. You accept and hand over rental properties You are involved in projects Your profile You have a completed KV apprenticeship or a technical basic training (e.g., structural draughtsman/-woman) with further training as a technical/commercial employee You possess a federal diploma of higher education (eidg. Fachausweis) as a Real Estate Manager or adequate further training in the real estate sector You bring several years of professional experience in real estate management, ideally with commercial properties You have good accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB and SchKG) You master stylish German in speech and writing You have good knowledge of MS-Office and have a digital affinity.
