Your tasks ### • You are co-responsible for the planning and design of varied daily routines, accompany our residents with cognitive impairments, and undertake key person work. • You use your know-how to support our residents in managing everyday life and dealing with their individual needs and ensure a safe living environment. • In your work, you place a clear focus on co-determination and self-determination, developmental support, and participation. • You share your knowledge and experience with our trainees and accompany them on their way to becoming specialists. • Together with us, make a contribution to the future-oriented orientation of the Special Education Center.
