Thanks to your expertise in mixology and your sense of service, you will contribute to enhancing every moment and ensuring irreproachable quality, whether at the bar or in the dining area. Welcoming and advising customers with professionalism and elegance Taking orders and making drinks, cocktails, and house creations Guaranteeing fluid and high-quality service, even during busy periods Managing bar stocks and equipment Actively participating in the development of beverage, cocktail, and spirits menus Ensuring the payment for consumption (Available to work according to usual restaurant hours, both during the week and on weekends) Your profile Excellent presentation and a keen sense of customer service French as a native language, fluent English indispensable Solid technical skills in bar work Very good knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails Mastery of cocktail creation and sales techniques Successful experience as a Barman/Barmaid in a 4 or 5-star establishment Are you passionate, rigorous, dynamic, and do you like working in a demanding and stimulating environment?
