Head of Real Estate Investors (m/w/d) 100 % Your tasks Overall responsibility with scope for design: You lead and develop the Real Estate Investors department as a central factor in the bank's success. You actively help shape the strategic direction and work closely with the management. Team leadership with format: You lead a highly specialized department with eight customer advisors, two real estate appraisers, and two assistants. You promote a culture in which sales strength and risk awareness go hand in hand. Strategic portfolio management: You are responsible for maintaining and expanding the real estate loan portfolio of around CHF 4.5 billion. In doing so, you develop the department conceptually and promote cross-departmental cooperation. Key accounting at eye level: You personally care for our most important real estate investors and key clients - with technical expertise and a sense of long-term partnerships. Highest appraisal competence: As the holder of the highest A+ appraiser license, you evaluate complex income properties (IAZI/SIV methodology) and hold the overall responsibility for the appraisal guidelines of the entire bank. Network & Representation: You are the host and impulse generator at exclusive specialist events - above all, our traditional real estate event, the meeting point for the decision-makers in the industry. Your experience and personality Academic foundation: You have a university degree (FH/Uni) in Finance & Banking and have further education in the real estate sector (e.g., CAS Real Estate Valuation). Leadership experience & expertise: You have already proven that you lead specialist teams to top performance. Furthermore, you have comprehensive practice in evaluating commercial and rental properties according to the SIV standard. Networker by conviction: You are extremely well-connected in the real estate market and move with confidence among private and institutional real estate investors. You combine your pronounced acquisition strength with a sovereign appearance and high risk credibility. Attitude: You appreciate short decision-making paths, take responsibility, and want to have a visible impact.
