MediPersonal specializes in the placement of highly qualified specialists in healthcare. Our client, a renowned acute care hospital in Egg, is looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%) who wants to demonstrate their leadership skills as a Teamleiter/in of a nursing department.

Your tasks – Leadership with structure and responsibility

• Leadership and promotion of the nursing team with the goal of optimal patient care
• Ensuring high-quality nursing in compliance with all current standards
• Planning and coordination of workflows for the efficient use of personnel and material resources
• Accompanying and developing new employees, including coaching and professional guidance
• Participation in strategic projects for the further development of the nursing department
