• Processing all customer inquiries in the various branches of Raiffeisenbank Laufental-Thierstein
• Ensuring simple, standardized consultations in the areas of numbers, saving, investing and provision
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Identifying needs and forwarding customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns

• Completed banking training or comparable training
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Enthusiastic personality with a winning manner
