In this versatile role, you are responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of various end devices and peripheral systems. You monitor the deployed hardware, analyze and proactively troubleshoot disruptions, and competently support users in first- and second-level support. Additionally, you accompany hardware rollouts and exchange programs, document systems and configurations, and actively contribute to the further development and standardization of the IT infrastructure. Furthermore, you support tests, pilot projects, and the introduction of new technologies, thus contributing to the provision of modern and powerful IT solutions.
