Trainer/Instructor 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions intended for professionals
• Train participants in the safe use of lifting machinery, aerial platforms, and working at height equipment
• Evaluate knowledge acquired and support learners in their progress
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations
• Prepare pedagogical materials and adapt content according to the needs of the groups
• Participate in the development of new training offers
• Continue to develop your skills by training in new instruction modules

Profile

• Holder of the BFFA Module 1, indispensable
• Confirmed training and experience in the transport field
• Experience in training, supervision, or the transmission of knowledge constitutes a major asset
• Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal ease
• Sense of pedagogy, enthusiasm, and ability to motivate different audiences
• Flexible, autonomous, motivated to train and to develop new technical and pedagogical skills
