Customer Service Employee Direct Sales – temporary Work location: Zentralschweiz | Start: by arrangement For our client from the insurance industry, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality for the direct sales area. You will work in a modern environment with motivated colleagues and take on a central role in customer consulting and support. Area of responsibility • The well-being of our customers is important to you - good! Because the processing of customer requests in the area of comparison service offers or direct conclusions is one of your main tasks • Within the framework of basic insurance, you will independently find suitable solutions and process inquiries to completion • For customers who are interested in supplementary insurance or show potential for it, you will arrange a video or telephone consultation with our customer advisors in direct sales • You advise via telephone and email – in excellent German and at least one other national language or in English • You proactively assist in the completion of various sales-related and administrative tasks • One Team: You work closely with your colleagues and support the customer advisors in direct sales Requirements • First things first: It is noticeable that you enjoy being in contact with people – you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious. • You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer support and have completed vocational training in KV, in retail, or in another exciting profession with further commercial training – we are open there • You are fast and skillful in handling the PC and can work effortlessly with several applications • Stylistically confident oral and written communication in German and another national language or in English (Level C1) What awaits you • A varied activity with high personal responsibility. • A collegial, supportive environment with real team culture. • Development opportunities within a dynamic sales environment. • Modern infrastructure and attractive employment conditions.
