La Fondation Nathalie supports and accompanies children and adolescents presenting complex developmental disorders. The residential school (KaB) is an offering for four children and adolescents from the canton of Berne having exceptionally high care needs, who require inpatient care in a specialized setting due to difficult behaviors (notably risks to themselves and others). The children and adolescents are accompanied 365 days a year by an interdisciplinary team.

We are looking for, starting from October 2026 or by agreement, a social worker, a special educator or a psychologist (as a social worker) at 80 % to 90 %

Your tasks:

• You are interested in intensively accompanying children and adolescents, both in acute crisis situations and in longer-term stabilization phases.
• You assume both care and promotion tasks in daily residential life and leisure, as well as within the framework of school teaching (educational offers individually adapted in individual or small groups).
• Taking charge of administrative and organizational tasks, preparation and implementation of teaching units, active animation of leisure activities, planning of promotion and development, exchanges with relatives and authorities, key person work.
• Taking charge of night shifts.
