Employee Sales Administration & Export (60-80%)

J. SCHNEEBERGER Maschinen AG develops and produces state-of-the-art CNC-controlled 5-axis grinding machines with integrated robotics for the manufacture and regrinding of cutting tools and the production of diverse precision parts. The internationally active family company is represented in all important markets with its own sales and service branches or qualified partners. Customers include companies from tool manufacturing, the automotive industry and its suppliers, general mechanical engineering, the aerospace industry, energy, and medical technology.

What you can achieve with us:

• You process international customer orders and independently support the organizational handling from entry to timely delivery
• You create the complete machine acceptance documents for handover to customers and internal departments
• You are responsible for export processing including the correct and timely creation of all necessary shipping and customs documents (for sea, air, and land transport)
• You are responsible for the creation and processing of bank guarantees as well as the control and operational implementation of letters of credit
• You are responsible for the coordination and processing of machine financing in cooperation with leasing companies
• You plan, coordinate, and monitor deadlines between internal assembly, external freight forwarders, and transport companies
• on one day of the week, you are the first point of contact for our customers, whom you assist at the reception and on the telephone – courteous and with much joy.

What we wish for from you:

• You bring a completed commercial (or comparable) training
• You have already gained experience in export and/or sales back-office and are well-versed in this area
• You are very familiar with MS Office applications and enjoy getting to know new IT tools
• You have a structured way of working as well as excellent communication skills and are characterized by your high customer and service orientation
• You have proficient German language skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing - any further foreign language is an advantage
