Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) Start date: immediately or by arrangement The Finance, Legal & Services department is responsible for all legal aspects of the Andermatt Swiss Alps Gruppe in addition to the entire accounting. Finance is responsible for the entire accounting and controlling of the company with around 15 employees. To support our accounts payable team, we are looking for a team-oriented, committed and communicative personality. What you can achieve Checking, coding and booking of accounts payable invoices, credit notes and expenses Creation and booking of payment runs as well as reconciliation of bank accounts Booking and reconciliation of construction accounting Settlement of company credit cards Intercompany reconciliation Participation in monthly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as support during audits Various administrative activities (e.g. contract filing, system maintenance and master data maintenance etc.) Carrying out various reconciliations, evaluations and analyses Participation in digitalization projects What you bring with you Commercial or equivalent training with preferred further training in accounting (level Sachbearbeiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen) Several years of professional experience in a comparable function Professional handling of ERP systems as well as good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word) Independent, precise and proactive way of thinking and working Business fluent German and intermediate English skills in speaking and writing (B2) Resilient, flexible personality with a high service orientation Home office is possible two days per week What you can look forward to A team of passionate doers Generous contribution to further training Combination of free time and job Modern working time model Flat hierarchy with fast decision-making paths Numerous benefits This is us Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
