• Co-responsibility for the establishment and further development of the contract management of the Requisition Specialist Unit and the planning, triggering, coordination, and control of requisition measures within the assigned area of responsibility, as well as ensuring implementation in accordance with orders and contracts
• Ensuring the provision of services, materials, and infrastructures for military operations in a manner that meets requirements, deadlines, and quality standards
• Providing technical advice and support to the management of the Requisition Specialist Unit and performing the interface and coordination function towards internal and external partners
• Managing and monitoring the requisition portfolio, including analysis and processing of deviations, as well as collaborating on the takeover and acceptance of services
• Maintaining and further developing the relevant information systems, creating reports and decision-making bases, developing technical concepts, undertaking project management, and representing the LBA in interdisciplinary specialist and working committees

What makes you unique

• Completed university degree (HF, FH, university) in business administration, public management, logistics, or a comparable field; leadership or public administration is an advantage
• Several years of project management experience in complex, security-relevant, or interdisciplinary organizations, ideally with a connection to logistics, procurement, or public administration
• Very good knowledge of logistics, procurement, or requisition processes, including contract management, market analysis, and financial management (budgeting, controlling, credit management)
• Strong affinity for digital systems and processes, particularly in networked logistical, administrative, or planning-relevant applications
• Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, combined with high social competence, resilience, and the ability to make structured, networked decisions
• Very good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language
