To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and responsible personality, by arrangement, for a demanding assignment in the healthcare sector in Thun as a Security Employee (m/f/d) – Order Service & Object Protection (50 - 80%) Your main tasks: • Ensuring security and order at the assignment site • Preventive presence as well as professional handling of conflict and exceptional situations • Support and protection of staff as well as ensuring respectful interaction with patients, relatives and visitors • Carrying out access controls and enforcement of house rules • Carrying out control and patrol rounds in the indoor and outdoor areas • Processing alarm messages as well as reporting and documenting special occurrences Your profile: • Completed vocational training or equivalent education • At least three years of experience in security services • Impeccable character (no entries in the criminal and debt enforcement registers as well as no pending proceedings) • Swiss citizen or valid residence permit C • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a good understanding of Swiss German dialect • High social competence and professional interaction with people in demanding situations • Assertiveness as well as a calm and prudent demeanor even in conflict situations • Readiness for irregular working hours (day, night and weekend shifts) • Good physical and mental resilience • Well-groomed appearance as well as a reliable and responsible way of working We offer: • Place of work: Thun • A responsible and varied activity in security services • A careful introduction to the area of assignment • Employment conditions according to GAV as well as further training and development opportunities Do you feel addressed?
