Your tasks – Making a difference every day

• individual and respectful care of elderly people and persons with special care needs
• support in daily care, mobilization and promotion of the residents' independence
• implementation of medical measures such as wound care, administration of medication and monitoring of vital signs
• close cooperation with doctors, therapists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
• empathetic communication with relatives and support with questions regarding care
• careful documentation of the nursing processes for quality assurance

Your profile – What you bring with you

• completed training as Specialist Long-term Care & Support EFZ
• ideally initial experience in long-term care or the care of elderly people
• empathy, patience and high social competence
• independent and responsible way of working
• joy in working in a team and in the active co-design of daily nursing life
• very good German skills in speaking and writing
