WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

As a Quality Inspector Outgoing Goods (m/f/d), you ensure compliance with customer-specific specifications for shipping material. You perform visual and measurement inspections for damage and dimensional accuracy. In addition, you create COCs, completion reports, and error reports according to the process. The labeling and pre-packaging of spare parts and supplies according to product and customer requirements is also part of your area of responsibility.

Your tasks:

• Identification of spare parts and supplies according to specification
• Releasing and blocking products in outgoing goods
• Participation and support during customer acceptances
• Checking Q-records for completeness and correctness
• Assembling part assortments according to order
• Preparing items including associated quality documents for external acceptances
• Collaboration in incoming goods inspection

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed mechanical vocational training with ideally additional training in quality assurance (QA)
• Further training in measurement technology, at least AUKOM 1 and VT1&2 is required
• Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance in the area of linear measurement technology
• Good knowledge of the methods and procedures of quality assurance and measurement technology
• Good knowledge of relevant IT applications and reporting tools (MS Office, SAP Q-module, PPS systems)
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, EN9100 is an advantage
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and their interpretation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Assertiveness, decisiveness, motivated and team player
