To support our Logistics department at our headquarters in Hochdorf, we are looking for a motivated personality (m/f/d) as a Warehouse Team Leader, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Warehouse Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your contribution to success

• Functional and personnel leadership of the warehouse team with approx. 15 employees
• Ensuring material and production supply as well as processing feedback from assembly
• Ensuring delivery and service quality as well as active communication and coordination with internal departments
• Supporting the team in daily operational business
• Continuous improvement of logistics processes as well as support of LEAN initiatives
• Participation in logistics projects and performance management such as recording, visualization, and monitoring of relevant metrics and KPIs

Are you ready?

• Completed vocational training as a Logistiker/in EFZ, Logistikfachmann/-frau with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) is an advantage
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of operational warehouse processes (goods receipt, storage, picking, preparation, and goods dispatch)
• Assertive personality with a hands-on mentality
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working with high customer orientation
• Responsible, flexible, resilient, and reliable
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications, D365 knowledge is an advantage
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
